The 2^nd RAC International Conference will take place at the Fairmont Hotel, Winnipeg from November 5^th to 7^th 2010 and we expect some 400 participants will attend to hear a wide array of presentations, topics and international speakers.  As Canada’s only national Reflexology Association, we want to ensure that we help to build and maintain bridges and links between ourselves and other Reflexology associations around the world and, in this spirit of co-operation, we would like to invite you and your members to join us for the conference and for the wonderful international networking opportunities which it will offer. Additional details regarding the speakers can be found in the conference brochure attached.

 

I am enclosing the details of the conference so that you can let your members know about this and encourage them to sign up. Should 10 or more of your members register for the conference and book simultaneously, we would be happy to offer them the RAC group member rates which represent a substantial saving over the non-member rates.

We would be grateful if you could advertise our conference in any publications of yours which you believe to be relevant and, in reciprocity, we would be delighted to include details of your conferences and events on our web site and in promotional mailings which are sent to our membership on a regular basis.

Finally, we will have an exhibition and trade show at the conference and a number of tables will be available within that show. Should your association be interested, we would be prepared to offer you such table space for a nominal charge of CDN$100 plus 12% tax. This promises to be a really special event for Reflexology and will build on the tremendous success of the first international RAC conference held in Montreal in 2008. I hope that we will be able to welcome your Association and your members to Winnipeg in November.
