Introduction to Nutrition and Fitness Course:

Will introduce you to the basic function of the digestive system (What goes in must come out), detoxification, fasting, general diet guidelines, food groups. And in the fitness portion- “Move it or lose it” is true for muscle tissue, joints & ligaments. You will learn the basics on the importance of physical activity, some basic oriental movements to improve your flexibility and circulation.

This course has been developed for our Musclologist, Natural Health and Wholistic Practitioner Programs.
