Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis is performed by a hypnotherapist, who uses the technique of trance to understand the client’s subconscious issues. These issues can be caused by emotional, spiritual, mental or physical stress or trauma.

Trance is a very quick and safe method to get down to the cause, habit or belief of the client and the hypnotherapist can use this knowledge to facilitate and educate the client for their next best choice of action.
